Artwork is shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Ground within the contiguous United States.
All orders are assembled and packed with care per order - items are NOT prepackaged and sitting around in the studios or in a warehouse. Please allow additional time.
A standard shipping rate is applied to all merchandise orders.
Merch items are hand-made to order and shipped from vendors in the United States.
Some items from the same order will ship separately. You will be notified when items ship.
You will receive an order confirmation after you place an order and once your items/order ships, you will receive a tracking number email with shipment information.
Orders ship within 5-7 days depending on items/customizations/stock availability. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
Rush shipping and/or overnight shipping is currently not available.
Due to the artistic nature, services, limited edition and all made to order art, prints and merch items are non-refundable. Gift cards are non refundable.
If you received the wrong items or your purchase was damaged during transit, please email as soon as possible to address the issue.
